Give your kids a winter to remember at Dubai Safari Park’s “Guardians of the Wild” Winter Camp.

From 15–26 December (excluding weekends), children aged 6 to 14 will step into the world of wildlife, conservation and creativity.

Over 10 fun-filled days, young explorers will meet animals up close, join hands-on workshops and discover how nature is protected at Dubai Safari Park.

Price: 1,500 AED per child for the full 10-day winter camp

About Guardians of the Wild Winter Camp

The Guardians of the Wild Winter Camp is designed for curious kids who love animals, nature and science. Over 10 days, campers will become young “guardians” of the wild as they explore Dubai Safari Park’s diverse habitats, meet our animal ambassadors and learn how wildlife is cared for behind the scenes.

Through a mix of edutainment, hands-on workshops, tours and creative projects, children will discover how conservation, enrichment and sustainability all come together at Dubai Safari Park.

What time is the camp?
  • Drop-off: 8:00 am – 9:00 am
  • Activities start from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
  • Pick-up: 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm
  • Friday pick-ups: 12:00 pm -1:00 pm
What are the programs and activities included in a 10-day camp?
Each day will include unique experiences of different activities like workshops about
wildlife, conservation, and sustainability. The children will have the opportunity to feed
animals, watch educational and entertaining animal shows, and enjoy a ride in the
Explorer Safari Tour throughout the duration of the winter camp. They will also have the
opportunity to express their creativity through engaging and educational sessions led by
our experts and guides.
What are the languages available for this winter camp?
The camp provides both Arabic and English language.
Do you provide the materials for this camp?
Yes, we provide the materials that will be used for the winter camp activities. We ask the
parents if their children have any material allergies.
What should my child(ren) bring to the camp?
All belongings should be clearly labelled with your child’s first and last name.

Is food provided? What does the child(ren) bring for lunch?
No. We are not set up to serve food and refreshments. Parents are responsible for
providing their Child/ren with a packed lunch and refreshments or money to purchase
food from the available restaurants at Dubai Safari Park each day.
What should my child(ren) wear?
Children should wear comfortable sneakers to move in and extra clothes like jackets and
warm outerwear.
Can I visit my child(ren) at camp?
Parents/guardians cannot be on the site throughout the camp day. Whilst we appreciate
campers' parents wanting to stop by, only children will be allowed inside the activity
venues.
We strongly encourage you to ask about their day after pick-up so they can share their
experiences with you at that time!
Dubai Safari Park’s winter camp representatives are available to answer questions
during drop-off and pick-up times.
Are nannies allowed to accompany my child(ren)?
Yes, however, nannies are not allowed to participate in activities of animal feedings or
the Explorer Safari Tour unless their tickets are paid for.
When do I need to pay for the camp?
Full payment of AED 1500 is required. A daily payment option is not available as we
provide the whole 10-day activities and experiences for the child(ren). Families can pay
online via the website.
Can my child(ren) attend for a few days only?
Yes, however, the price is fixed even if the registration happened during the 2nd week.
Can I refund my payment?
No, there are no refunds available.
