Tips & FAQS

Q: When is the best time to visit Dubai Safari Park?
A: We normally recommend our guests to visit the park in the morning period, from 9:00 am, for a more relaxed experience.
Q: Can my child enter the park without an adult?
A: Children between 3 to 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Dubai Safari Park does not bear the responsibility of taking care of the child.
Q: What is your photo and video policy?
A: Flash photography is not allowed in animal areas as they may cause stress to our animals. Special permission is required for photos or videos taken for professional (commercial or media) purposes.
Q: Is it possible to leave the park and be re-admitted on the same day?
A: Yes. For same-day re-entry, guests should coordinate with the Guest Service team upon exiting and re-entering the park and have their admission ticket ready.
Q: Do you offer stroller rentals?
A: Yes. Dubai Safari Park has strollers available for rent. Alternatively, you may bring your own stroller into the park. However, if you are taking our transportation, please note that you will need to fold the stroller before boarding the vehicles.
Q: Does Dubai Safari Park have baby nursing stations?
A: Baby changing rooms are available in most restrooms.
Q: Do you have lockers or a place where I can keep my luggage during my tour at the park?
A: Dubai Safari Park does not offer lockers service. You may approach our guest service team at the reception area, and they can keep certain items in a safe place while you complete your tour inside the park.
Q: How long does it take to go through Dubai Safari Park?
A: with so many attractions, activities, and areas to explore and animals to see, we recommend you reserve at least half a day to enjoy your time at Dubai Safari Park. Our guests normally take 4 to 5 hours touring inside the park.
Q: Can I bring food into the park?
A: outside food is not allowed inside the park (exceptions are considered for any food required for medical purposes, and baby food). Guests can purchase and consume food and drinks from varied F&B outlets available within the park premises.
Q: Are pets allowed inside the park?
A: Pets are not allowed within the park premises, except for service animals.
Q: Are you open during the summer?
A: Dubai Safari Park is temporarily closed from June to September due to animal welfare reasons. However, we do run limited and exclusive packages during the summer break at selected timings. We recommend our guests to check our website and social media accounts for regular updates.
Q: Do the park opening hours change during the year?
A: Dubai Safari Park is open daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, except during the summer season, when the availability of experiences is limited. The park opening hours may vary due to special circumstances. Any changes will be announced on Dubai Safari Park website and social media channels.
Q: Is smoking or vaping allowed inside the park?
A: Due to animal welfare, smoking or vaping is allowed only in designated smoking areas inside the park.
Q: Are drones allowed?
A: Drones are not allowed within the park to ensure the safety of guests and employees, protect the park’s daily operations, and respect the privacy of guests.
